Preparing an enquiry

The enquiry builder uses your name, email address, optional company and product information, and project description to prepare a draft in your browser. Preparing a draft does not submit it to Ruifeng or an enquiry service.

The website does not save enquiry drafts in a database, cookies or browser storage. Your browser may keep autofill entries or restore form fields as part of its own settings. Use the Clear control to clear the form in the current page.

Opening email or WhatsApp

When you select Open email, the website passes the draft to your configured email app. When you select Open WhatsApp, the draft is included in a link to WhatsApp and shared with its compose page. These apps handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. You review and send the message in the selected app; preparing or opening a draft is not confirmation that Ruifeng received it.

Messages you choose to send are used to discuss your enquiry. For questions about a message you have sent or to request its correction or deletion, email the contact above. Avoid sharing passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential drawings before agreeing a suitable sharing method.

Website requests and analytics

This website does not activate analytics or advertising tags, and it does not set analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

Files

The website does not upload attachments. If you need to share a drawing, you can attach it in your email app or agree another method directly with Ruifeng.
